Auto File OrganizerPrivacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
1. Summary
Auto File Organizer ("App") works on your computer. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting, and we (the developer, Richard Pham) receive nothing from it.
2. What the App handles
- Your files are only looked at in the folders your rules watch, and only moved, copied, renamed, unzipped or sent to the Recycle Bin as your rules say. File contents are never read except to unzip an archive a rule asks for.
- Activity log: the last 5000 actions (file paths, times, rule names) for Undo, stored in the App's data folder on your computer.
- Settings: your rules, language and whether sorting is paused.
3. Network
None. The App never connects to the internet. Purchases of Pro are handled by Microsoft; we receive no payment details.
4. Permissions
- Windows: a standard desktop app with access to the files and folders you use with it.
5. This website
file-organizer.richardpham.com is a static site on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. We set no cookies.
6. Children
The App collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
